Vision: it is not just one more sense.
80% of the information that the body receives in order to perform a certain action comes from the eye. The rest of the actions of our body are absolutely determined by the precision and efficiency of our eyesight.

The difference between being good or being the best.
Good vision is essential in all sports and categories, but it is especially important in precision sports and high competition. Those sports that require special aim, good oculomotor coordination, greater width of the visual field, or a good perception of depth, among others, will require more visual training.
In general, sports optometry will improve the speed of action and visual acuity, allowing the athlete to optimize their physical response and precision in sport.
Results of sports optometry
During various personalized sessions we will carry out an examination of the athlete's visual abilities and we will train especially those that are most relevant to their practice.
- Peripheral visual perception
- Perception accuracy
- Widening of the visual field
- Improved kinetic perception
- Improved far-near visual shift performance
- Training of simultaneous visual perception and ocular motor skills
